Sarah is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Trainer and Behaviour Change Practitioner specialising in emotional eating, binge cycles and weight regain. With over 14 years’ experience working in the health and fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and behaviour change specialist, Sarah has supported hundreds of women who feel stuck in cycles with food — from emotional eating and binge patterns to post-weight-loss and post-surgical regain. Through years of working closely with clients, one thing became clear: most women don’t struggle because they lack knowledge or willpower — they struggle because the psychological drivers behind eating have never been properly addressed. Fit Mind Transformations was created to fill that gap. Combining clinical hypnotherapy, NLP and practical behaviour change strategies, Sarah works privately with women across Australia to help them break long-standing patterns with food and build a calmer, more in-control relationship with eating that actually lasts. This is structured, supportive work designed for real change — not another diet or quick fix. For many women, this is the missing piece that finally makes change feel possible — and sustainable. This work draws on over a decade of experience in behaviour change, emotional eating and body transformation.
